The location for me is the best because it is a central area which there are places that are very close, Santa Lucia walk, foundry, the shepherdess, magic forest, etc.
I traveled with my family and my comments are about the room I was in: the bathroom is very small (shower), the door frame was rotten / rusty, the hot water lasted about 1 minute and no longer came out hot and took a while to come out warm, to top it off the air conditioning did not cool, just cooled in addition to making much noise from the fans, so as I do not bring good impression because of these details, there are left for consideration. That if, the staff very excellent truth, attention, kindness, etc... but the room left much to be desired with these details, I was 3 nights in April 2019.

central place it has is incredible... You can go out for a walk and everything is really close to the hotel establishment. CheckOut seems to go well until 1:00 in the afternoon, we deliver the key 12:40 and no problem, because in other hotels I have stayed and checkout is at 12:00 and at 11:00 they are already calling me to see if I want to book another night... So I like this.
*Lack of air conditioning.. I was told there was only one compressor and good thing is that it was winter season but still there are many people who also require the A/C to be hot or not.. *I reserved a room with 2 double beds and when I arrived they told me they had one with a KingSize bed (which is not a problem) I accepted it and when I went up to the room the bed was a double bed... I did not complain because Mipareja said that it was fine for him, cost I pay I hope they will respect the facilities they mention. the bathroom... if it was a little uncomfortable, is literally stuck to the wall and is uncomfortable there is no space to 'sit' at least this for my partner if it was a reason for 'complaint'. I don't know if it's in all the rooms but at least in the one where we touched each other it was.

The hotel has excellent staff Location Vista what I liked most is that we changed the room to which we had agreed from the beginning. The ladies from the toilet to the room were very nice and clean; the administration staff were very helpful. We like to stay there all the family and friends.
Although upon our arrival we were sent to a dirty mini-room etc etc after two days we were moved to the agreed upon room and that erased all the inconvenience including that Neither the Pool nor the parking lift was in use there Miss Lupita very attentive Not so Miss Teresa bad manners. And finally she has always felt very good security ONLY this TIME a little unsafe in hallways there were many male guests in hallways sitting talking that was not good. I'm sure they'll remedy that.

The location couldn't be better, on one side of a pedestrian street (paseo morelos?) with various shops, in front of the macroplaza to walk, in front of the macroplaza the paseo Santa Lucia, nearby restaurants in the old town, all within walking distance.the hotel facilities are in very good condition, cleanliness in room and bathroom excellent, the attention at the reception excellent, the reservation was not a problem or electronic payment by card, breakfast is very tasty, fruit, bread, eggs, ham, chilaquiles (mm!), beans, juice, milk, coffee ... very well for the price when included in accommodation, we recommend it, my family loved!
...the coffee was cold but there was a mic to heat it up, so it wasn't that much of a problem, maybe we had too many guests and they couldn't cope with the amount...

The air conditioner was leaking and notified staff. In the morning they stated the issue was fixed but when we came back the a/c still leaked. We called reception and told us someone was being sent, but nobody came. We checked out and then they tell us we were charged incorrectly and needed to pay more. We were not charged after I advised we still had the leak in our room.

Staying at Macroplaza was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, right by the historic district with many shops to explore. The staff were very accommodating to my room change, which I appreciated.
The bathroom light was dim and the shower had drainage issues.

Everything was excellent, including respectful staff and absolutely perfect location right in the heart of Downtown. I liked the room with view. A safe, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven were available here too. Location: the hotel was short walk to a pedestrian area with shops and restaurants, Paseo Santa Lucia and major attractions walking distance to a lot museums. A cool bonus was nearby Cafe Flores, that offered tea and coffee.
